Patent §102 Anticipation Analysis

Claim Text

Prior Art References

How to Read This Output

  1. Read the Determination first. It is computed by code, not AI. The determination cannot be overridden by the explanation text.
  2. Scan the Reference Coverage Table. Each row is one reference evaluated independently. No references are combined.
  3. Anticipation requires ALL elements in a SINGLE reference, arranged as claimed. Even if two references together cover everything, that is not anticipation under §102.
  4. Arrangement Analysis shows whether disclosed elements appear in the claimed functional order and structural relationship. A reference may disclose all elements but still fail to anticipate if the arrangement differs.
  5. The Explanation is auto-generated but validator-checked. It cannot contradict the coverage matrix. If the validator detects inconsistency, the explanation is rejected and regenerated.
  6. Validator Warning means the explanation may be incomplete — it does not mean the determination is wrong. The code-computed determination is authoritative.
  7. This tool evaluates selected art only. It does not claim corpus completeness. The analysis covers only the references you provide.
